Advantages: No mixing, no fussing and very little mess - and a nice finish too

Disadvantages: The buckets are so big

We recently had a tiling party in order to quickly finish the bathroom wall for the plumber to install the shower. The mission was simple:between the 6 of us we had 3 walls to tile with white tiles. The tools available to use wee 3 boxes of white 'value' tiles and 2 buckets of B&Q Tile fix.

Not all of us had tiled before so we were worried about uneven tiling but I have to say that the consistancy and elasticity of the adhesive was such that it was very easy to place the tile then correct its positioning and depth afterwards without too much fuss.

We used about 3/4 of the tub laying the tiles on the wall - alot less than we had expected we then proceeded to grout using the same adhesive - i have to admit that at this point the bucket had been open a couple of hours and the grout/adhesive was fighting back by this point but definately still useable.

By the time we had finished we had half a bucket of adhesive and grout left. We then proceded the arduous task of cleaning up the excess - what a surprise to find it was not that difficult to clean off and when finished it really looked bright white and a proffessional job - in fact the plumber had asked if we had 'brought someone else in to do the tiling'.

6 months on we still have bright white groutwork that looks as good as the day it was done, all the tiles have stayed in place and there is half a bucket of the stuff still in our storage shed.

Summary: We were very impressed at the value for money and the ease of use of this product
