A blue sausage on a stick. Well that is what the Bentley Turbo Super Mop looks like. A blue sausage on a silver stick. Well lets start from the top. I have two house bunnies that poop all over the floor. And when they do wet sticky poops that they stand on. They tend to stick to the floor and my old mop just does not get it off the floor. Every time that I get the betterware catalogue I scan it looking to see if the same type of mop is in there. It is about £7/£8 and I was not going to pay that for it. And then about £4/5 a refill. I was thinking no way. So I have made do. Sorry I will re-phrase it hubby has to made do. The other day I was wandering around my fav shop Wilkinsons and went down to look at their mop and household range. There was my sex on a stick, sorry my vision of a mop. It had a short handle that extends. The mop head is a hard bit of foam rubber. And hard it was rock hard. It was the last one on the rack. I grabbed it. And a re-fill. The price was £3.99 for the mop and £1.99 for the head refill. I got through the till and thought that they had not charged me enough. But it was 25% off. So the mop was £3.01 the re-fill was £1.50. Bargain. Well got the mop home and read the blurb on the mop and the refill. It seems as though the mop can be used dry to like a brush. But before I could do that I needed to soak the mop head for a little while until it was soft. They did warn not use the wringing mechanism while it is still hard (Better be careful before I turn in to a carry-on film) After the mop head had been soaked and it was soft. I could use it. All I can say it works a treat. I have never had such a clean floor. And it dries the floor as well. It means that the floor is dry in about 10minutes. Rather the usual 30/40mins of the old one. As my old mop was rubbish. It was a cloth one. You know the ones that are strips of cloth. The only problem that I have is my bat
hroom is so small that you can't swing a cat in it. And the mop is too long to get down by the side of the loo. So I will have to keep the old cloth one to use for that. My floor has never been cleaner. It does help know that I have throw the rabbits out side (They are in a run in the garden before any one calls the RSPCA)
