Liquitabbing my way to clean clothes. (Bold Liquitabs Lavender & Chamomile)

Advantages: Fantastic scent, cleans well, no greasy residue, easy to use.

Disadvantages: A little pricey.

Bold Liquitabs come packaged in a plastic tub with a resealable lid that has a tab to keep it closed when not in use. The packaging is purple for the lavender & chamomile variety and you can purchase three different size tubs which contain 12, 24 or 36 liquitabs and one liquitab is recommend per wash. The tub has a logo showing you that this is '2 in 1' and has washing powder & fabric softener inside the liquitab so there is no need to add additional products to your washing machine. There is a label on the tub advising how to use the tabs and when you would need more than one.

The liquitabs are plasticy in appearance and contain a purple liquid. The liquitabs feel slightly greasy to touch and squigdy and to use them simply pop one at the back of your machine and load in the washing or even just throw it on the top of the washing once you've loaded the machine. There is no need to open anything or use any bags or netting.

Once the washing machine starts the exterior of the liquitab begins to dissolve and then the liquid is released directly in to the washing machine ensuring that the clothes get an even distribution and that everything is cleaned evenly. Once the washing machine had finished I took out the washing (Tom's work uniform) and noticed that everything was lovely and fresh smelling, the clothes felt soft & there was no greasy marks or residue left behind by the tablets.

I was very pleased with how easy these were to use and even though the box advises that these are not recommended for handwashing I used one anyway and just dissolved it in a bowl full of hot water before washing Tom's favourite caps and pegging them out to dry on the line. I would recommend these liquitabs and will be using them again. I purchased a 12 wash box for £3.68 from my local Tesco store and they also stocked the 24 box for £6.69.

I am rating these tablets 5/5 as they have a very nice scent, clean well & do not leave any residue behind. They are also quick & convenient as there is no need to measure or weigh anything and I can just throw one in to the machine and forget about it.

Summary: A great product that cleaned well & I used for handwashing with no adverse affects.
