Bostik Blu Tack
Advantages: only need to use a little at a time
Disadvantages: not easily removed from carpets or clothes
Bostik Blu Tack is definatley the best adhesive, In my work i organise events and at these events i need alot of signs and these need to be dispalyed on walls, doors, pillars, inside and outside. Blu tack is the one essential item i carry in the glove box of my car.
It comes in a Cardboard package with a long strip covered in grease proof paper so once you use a little you cover the strip back up and slide it back into the cardboard sleeve. The Blu tac is extremely good so you only need to use a very tiny bit when sticking on walls. Blu tack is also great when using on painted walls as it does not pull of the paint like sellotape would.
I have used cheaper versions of blu tack and i can tell you that they are rubbish in comparison i have had signs fall down and have had to use packets of cheaper alternatives so i reverted back to the good old original and although it is slightly more expensive because you only need a little bit at a time it lasts much longer.
the item, is clean and can be used to clean fluff and dust from phones or keyboards. it does not dry out and is safe.
one bit of advice i will say is do not drop any on the carpet and accidentally step on it as i done this and it is not easily removed, also from clothes it tends to have the same affect as Chewing gum.
Summary: I love Blu tack and it is so simply to use and holds pieces for hours!!!
