I think that Bounty is a good and effective product, but since it is quite expensive for what it is, then I don't buy it that often. Bounty has recently changed it's name to Plenty. Not sure why the name change, but that's marketing for you I guess.

You can buy this in 2 roll packs, and 6 roll packs. Normally the 2 roll pack costs about £1.60, which is pricey for kitchen roll, as you can get a cheap brand of 4 rolls for about 80p. These rolls just have the average amount of sheets on them as well, so they aren't huge. As always te bigger the pack you buy, the cheaper it works out. When they changed their name a couple of months ago they were selling the 2 roll pack for £1, so I stocked up a bit.

You get the rolls in plain white, which I think is a bit boring, or you get the odd pattern of flowers, stripes, suns and so on. I like to buy patterned paper, as it just looks nicer!

The packaging is just normal for this kind of product, which is a poly bag which is see through and you see the rolls through it. The colouring is green, yellow and the product name in black.

So what's so special about this product against the cheaper ones? These are really thick sheets, and if you are using this to wipe up spills, then you only need 1 sheet instead of a bunch. It has a pattern on the paper which is meant to absorbe any liquid, but it seems to lock the liquid inside the paper.

A good product, just wish it was a little cheaper!

I'm not sure I believe the claims that you can wet them and ring them out time and again like a dishcloth though!

Whats the bet that "Plenty," is a name that's used in other countries? Ive seen the older packs in privately owned pound shops so its worth looking around if you really like these.
