Advantages: Great towel that lasts well and mops up spillages very well, nice prints, reasonable price.

Disadvantages: None

I am always looking to save money wherever possible but I have recently realised that the value kitchen towel I have been using is mainly a false economy as there is less sheets per roll than more expensive towels and I always use several sheets just to clear up one stain or spill and so I decided to purchase some 'Plenty' (previosuly known as Bounty) and two rolls cost me £1.50 from Tesco (price reduction at present from £1.63).

Each piece has perforations and there are 50 sheets per roll making these rolls quite thick and definitely thicker in appearance than some of the cheaper rolls I have tried.

I used this kitchen towel for a variety of things such as wiping my hands, cleaning up spillages and even for cleaning the windows. I have found them to be very absorbant and one piece of towel is usually enough to clean any major spillages as you simply wring it out after soaking up liquid and then reuse it. This does seem to work very effectively and is a great way of cutting down on paper usage.

I have previously stated that I couldn't see much different between the cheaper brands and these more expensive ones but now I can see that you need far less paper rather then just half less and this therefore works out much better value for money overall.

I am going to rate Plenty Kitchen Towels 5/5 as they are very easy to use, a fairly reasonable price, soak up spillages very well and can be reused by simply wringing out the towel. Also, I like the pretty designs that you can get as they help to brighten up the kitchen and make cleaning spillages a little bit more fun for my nieces & nephews.

Summary: A fantastic kitchen towel that works very well, is strong & long lasting.

Good review. I'm the same with you; I tried the cheaper stuff and compared it to Bounty and find Bounty has greater strength. It also doesn't leave loads of screeds when dealing with really wet applications either.
