Advantages: No fumes to make me cough and it cleaned my oven very well

Disadvantages: It didn't make it sparkle like I wanted it to

When I clean inside my oven I always end up wheezy after because all the cleaners leave too much of a chemical smell inside the oven and when I lean into it the smell and fumes start my asthma off. My nurse said to try this fume free oven cleaner from Cif because she said it was the fumes not the smell itself that was making me ill.

I brought some yesterday because my oven needed a clean and it works very well. The cleaner comes in one of those bottles with a trigger so it is easy to direct the cleaner to exactly where I need it to go in the oven. I sprayed a little bit on a tough sauce stain that has set in my oven and left it for 10 minutes and when I came back it had disolved the stain and it was very easy to wipe away. My oven was a little bit greasy because I had some friends round for dinner a day or two ago so after I had got rid of the main stains I sprayed a thin mist of cleaner so that all the sides of the oven would be coated a bit.
I left this on for a few minutes and then wiped it off with a wet jay cloth. It didn't make the inside of my oven sparkle but it has definatly got rid of the horrible grease feel that was bad on the bottom of the oven. it looks clean and feels clean to the touch.

Fume free Cif didn't make me cough or wheezy at all. It hasn't got much of a smell but just smells clean and a little bit soapy. After I left the cleaner inside the oven for a while I went back to it and its when I'm wiping it off with my head in the oven that the fumes usually get on my chest but there was nothing like this with this cleaner.

I didn't cough at all so I will buy this every time I need oven cleaner from now on.
