Yes, it was time to go to Poundland again to treat myself to another bargain! I am a busy mum of two and there are some days when it feels like all I'm doing is cleaning up. Our kitchen especially gets filthy in what seems like a matter of minutes, so as you can imagine, we go through quite a bit of surface cleaner. Cif is owned by Unilever and first appeared in the UK in 1974 as Jif. Their big hook was that their products didn't scratch surfaces like other cream cleaners did. I'm not terribly loyal when it comes to cleaning materials - when I need something I usually I just go to the supermarket and get whatever is on special offer that fits the bill. One week, the result of this haphazard approach was returning with a bottle of Cif Oxy Clean Ocean Gel Spray. Generally I love the scent of sea/mineral items and so I was quite happy with my bargain and I know it doesn't have anything to do with the cleaning power but I really liked the colour, really fresh and clean. I am a clean freak, I tend to by anything and everything new onto the market that is cleaning related.. This is by far the best m*lti prpose spray cleaner I have every every come accross.n It smells splendid, a fresh clean odor that is not pretending to be anything, no lavender, or pine fakeness. Seriosly, what does pine smell like anyway??? My reason for loving this item so mch, is that I dropped some on the kitchen floor recently, and wiped it with a scorer sponge. I have horrid limestone colored lino as a qick fix til the kitchen is extended and renovated next year. The circles got bigger and the clean cream patch got creamier and whiter.
