Advantages: Great at cleaning cooker
Disadvantages: Horrible smell
I was bored of my usual multi surface cleaner so decided to try different products for my bathroom and kitchen. This looked like it might be good so I picked it up.
The Product
========
I bought this 750ml bottle for £1.79 in Tesco, a saving of 60p on the normal price of £2.39. It is in a plastic bottle with a trigger spray top. The cleaner is a fairly thin luminous yellow liquid.
Using The Product
=============
Simply spray on, wipe off and rinse well.
Did It Work
========
Cooker Top; my cooker top was really grubby with dried in spills and this product was great here. I left it to soak for a couple of minutes and the dirt rubbed off easily with a soft sponge. It was a lot easier than using normal multisurface cleaner.
Tiles; it seemed like a bit like overkill using it on the tiles which were clean, just needing a wipe over. I had to really rinse a lot to get the bright yellow spray out of my grout so it didn't stain.
Cats Surface; the old owners of my house had a surface put in at wheelchair level. It's too low for us to use so the cat gets fed there. He is really mucky. It took away all his spills and hair with no effort on my part.
Sink; I have a white plastic sink which as you can imagine gets really dirty. It didn't work great here but then only pure bleach makes much of a difference.
The Smell
=======
This was meant to be lemon fragranced, but I couldn't smell lemon at all. The smell was horrible, very strong and chemically. My kitchen stank really badly for a whole day after using this product.
Skin
===
I have fairly sensitive skin and it was pretty inflamed after using this product.
Overall
=====
I will be using the rest of the bottle just for cleaning my cooker top and then not buying any more. The smell was so strong that I don't like using it and I also want a product that will be gentler to my skin.
Summary: I wont be buying it again
