Now, working in a 'cookware specialist' that sells a rather large range of knives has its advantages: rarely will we ever get held up by some enthusiastic thief. Although I should stay faithful to our own brand of Knives (the Maturi Knives, made by Gustav Emil-Erne in Solingen, Germany) I cannot help but be magnetised by the sheer beauty of the Wusthof Classic Knives. We sell the other Wusthof ranges, but they're under a different heading and I shall have to write about them in a separate Op. Hee hee. So, the Classic Knives.
