Being a BzzAgent, I had the opportunity to trial Comfort Pure. I have to admit that before hand I was using own brand softeners, as basically as long as my clothes smelt ok and were clean it didn't bother me. How wrong can I be. I now realise my clothes may have smelt ok, but they didn't smell divine like they do with comfort Pure, my ...  Read the complete review

I came across the "Comfort Pure Fabric Conditioner" at ASDA when it was on special offer. I was originally using Lenor, which I had no problems with but I decided to opt for this, as I do like a bargain! What is fabric conditioner? Fabric softener is used when washing clothes to prevent static from ...  Read the complete review

My new flat doesn't have a garden so I have to hang my clothes up to dry on an airer indoors. We do have a tumble dryer but I am not too keen on using it all the time as it uses so much electricity and some of my clothes advise not to tumble dry. When hanging up clothes to dry indoors I find there is always the risk that they won't smell ...  Read the complete review

I have an issue with this product! On the back Unilever proudly announce that Comfort Pure Concentrate is part of the Cleaner Planet Plan, which means that it "uses over 50% less packaging per wash compared to Comfort Regular..." so you would think that they would do everything they can to ensure that it is used correctly. At ...  Read the complete review

I used to choose my fabric conditioner based on the smell before my daughter came along. Then when it came to choosing fabric conditioners my decision was based on how soft it would leave clothes as I didn't want anything that might irritate my daughters skin. One of the fabric conditioners I started buying was this Comfort ...  Read the complete review

Before my son was born I didn't pay that much attention to the fabric conditioner I bought instead I tended to buy either the cheapest available or whichever brand happened to be on special offer when I did my grocery shopping. All that changed 11 weeks ago though when our new addition arrived and being concious of his newborn, ...  Read the complete review

When my son was very small I always used comfort pure fabric conditioner and over the years it has been one of the only kinds of fabric conditioner I will buy over and over again. I am currently using this one with my washing and this is my review of the product. Comfort pure comes in various sizes and I do tend to purchase ...  Read the complete review

As I've said in previous reviews, I never really understood the need for fabric conditioner when doing washing. I thought it was just a ploy by the manufacturers to make us buy more than we needed to and so line their shareholders pockets even more. I would never have spent money on it myself and always just used washing ...  Read the complete review

When I spotted this fabric softener in my local Morrisons for a special deal of £1 I snapped it up :). You only get 21 washes with it, so it was just as well I bought 3 of them for my storage cupboard I suppose. The reason I love this fabric softener so much is the smell - these companies definitely know that and have me cornered when it ...  Read the complete review

Comfort Pure Fabric Conditioner: Pure Enough For My Baby (1404 words)

I wrote this review just before my baby was born. With my baby being due very soon I decided it was time to go through the clothes and bedding I had purchased to wash what needed washing prior to it being used. Some of the fabrics felt a bit harsh and like they could do with a rinse in fabric conditioner. Now fabric ...  Read the complete review

As I live in a flat, and cannot line dry clothes, I rely on good quality laundry products to ensure that my washing is soft and smells fresh, despite their being dried on a rack in front of the window, or a heated towel rail (and very rarely, the tumble dryer). The problem was, for me, that I am allergic to harsh cleaning products, and ...  Read the complete review

I have mentioned my poor Domestic goddess skills and one thing my Husband often moans about is how rough the washing is how it isn't as soft as when his mum washed his clothes unfortunately sending all our washing to his mum is not an option and so I gave in and purchased some softener. In the past I would always purchase shops own brand of fabric conditioner, mainly to save money more than anything else. A few months ago though, a few shops had Comfort on special offer so I decided to try it and have used nothing else since. I always like nice fresh smelling clothes and my wife always uses a fabric conditioner when washing clothes and bedding and this one is a favourite brand we both like the smell of and we know it works well, which is the reason we buy it on a regular basis, and it can often be bought on special offer as it can be quite often and it is a ...  Read the complete review

I think it is really important to find a good fabric conditioner, after all it leaves your clothes feeling good and it will then leave your skin feeling good. I think it is just as important to find a good one for when you are washing items such as bedding and towels as the fabric softener will leave them feeling so much softer.
