Advantages: LOVELY SMELL, CLOTHES ARE SOFTER , MAKES IRONING A BREEZE
Disadvantages: STILL HAVE TO DO THE IRONING YOURSELF, CAN BE EXPENSIVE
I hate ironing with a passion and I?m probably not alone. It just seems that as soon as I?ve managed to get the huge mountain of ironing under control, another pile rears its ugly head when I?m not looking. How does it do that? With 2 young children and a husband to run around after the muck monster is never too far away ready to spring into action when I least expect it. This happens quite frequently, mainly when a) I?m not in the mood, and b) I just want to sit down and have some ?Me time?. But as it?s out of my control and no-one else will do it, I have to just roll up my sleeves and get on with it. For those beginning to know me, I am a sucker for any new gimmicks that promise to make your life easier. Comfort Vaporesse was my most recent impulse buy. I say impulse buy, but my excuse is that it was brought purely for consumer research. Yeah right!! After receiving a money-off voucher for Comfort Vaporesse in my last Bounty Pack, I thought I?d try some. What is Comfort Vaporesse? Well, basically it is a fancy, tarted-up scented water specially designed for using in your steam iron instead of boring old tap-water. After ironing your clothes are left smelling gorgeously fresh and clean. As well as smelling nice, the clothes seem easier to iron. The iron glides over effortlessly making the experience more bearable and before I knew it my pile of clothes had gone. There are two fragrances available ? Original and Ylang Ylang and Rice Water. As I use Comfort Fabric Conditioner with Ylang Ylang in my washing machine I opted for the second one and both products complemented each other. Gone are the sandpaper towels and cardboard jeans, in their place luxurious cotton-wool and satin. Not quite, I know, but I found that my clothes really did become softer after ironing. Made by Lever Brothers, Comfort Vaporesse is widely available in most supermarkets. Costing anything from £0.98 to £1.19 it does work out quite expens
ive as anyone who has a steam iron will know how often you need to refill your iron during a big load of ironing. Perhaps if you were able to dilute then it would be worth the money.

- 21/08/03 Sounds like the perfect thing for ironing my shirts, but not using the ylang ylang as this angrys up my blood and the last thing I need before work is to be going mental because of dodgy aromatheraphy.lol.
