AT2 AT3 AT4 A corkscrew is not just for Christmas. I shall be using one at Christmas but I do use one at other times as well they do not get completely forgotten and neglected. You are going to need one if you are going to open that lovely bottle of wine for your Christmas dinner, remember the shops are not open so you can not pop out to buy one if you forget. I do not recommend trying to open your wine with your teeth or a screwdriver, a sharp knife or trying to make a hole in it with a knitting needle to let the wine drip out. I lost my best friend this week. I am heartbroken. I don’t really know how I’m going to cope without him. You simply screw the twisted tool into the cork, and then as you pull the cork out of the bottle, the legs of the frogs extend to make it appear as though the frog is leaping. Of course, this is not only for aesthetic purposes. The unique riveted springy frog-leg system means that the vertical pulling force required to remove the cork is greatly reduced.
