Cuisinox Elysee Cookware Range

These pans and cookware absolutely rock. They aren't cheap but then they come with a 25 year Guarantee. Think how many cheap pans you'd get through in that time and the agro while they deteriorated! I'm not a professional cook, just a home cooked food enthusiast, but I have used my pans day in, day out for 5 years. There's not so much as an inkling that they are not new, to look at. Not a mark. They heat up quickly, distribute the heat well and you can use those stainless steel ribbon pads on them to clean with. Never bought a non-stick pan since.
