I remember applying this to the wooden fence with a brush but it is possible to spray it on using a spray gun. I remember finding it an unpleasant labourious job using this in the open air is certainly better as the smell does not linger around so much. It takes between 2-5 days for this treatment to dry properly. This is nasty stuff I would recommend using gloves when using it. Do not use near animals and do not use on surfaces for food preparation keep it away for children. ...more |

OH NO Another D I Y opp .. Cuprinol is a product that has been around for many a year. I can remember it is my dad’s preferred wood treatment Not sure when and for what job I originally bought this can I found in the garage it is a can of complete wood treatment. I used it last on the fence panels between us and next-door a couple of years ago. costa about £20 for 5 litres Cuprinol make a variety of wood treatments suitable for different jobs for both interior and exterior wood.
