I used to use Daz washing powder regularly but with costs spiralling I've been buying Aldi liquid wash. Anyway the other day in a discount store I spotted a box of Daz priced at about £1.50 for a 680g 10 wash box, with the normal price averaging £2.49 in the supermarkets I bought it. I get a few more than 10 washes out of it. There are ... Read the complete review

I mentioned in my Persil Bio Powder review that when my mother in law comes to visit she likes to bring with her a whole range of household items which is her way of helping us out (she lives over 4 hours away in Newcastle). All the products are bought when there are 2 for 1 offers or similar but of course I am incredibly grateful as it ... Read the complete review

I have bought Daz washing powder for many years, it is a very well known brand which has been around for so many years. It is a reliable powder and cleans extremely well and it is worth the money. Daz brand also have lots of different fragrances to the collection. The powder comes in a cardboard box and comes in different ... Read the complete review

I'm very much a washing powder whore, I do fourteen loads of washing a week (at least) so like to buy whatever is on offer at the time (within reason) - I came to purchase Daz after finding it reduced in Tesco, it's not one of my favourites simply because I don't like the smell too much but the thought of cutting that weeks washing bill ... I'm not what you'd call brand loyal and as no-one in my household has sensitive skin or allergies I have used most laundry products currently on the market. I usually have a small "stock" of laundry products in the spare room that I have picked up on offer so I never run out and like looking out for the best deals to keep ... Read the complete review

I always feel that Daz gives you perfect wash results for all your bedding and white clothes. I / we don't use it on coloured clothes as I think it's a bit too harsh and takes some of the colour out of deeper colours but its smashing for white sheets, and bedding etc., it's not good for suits which are machine washable as it's a bit ... Daz washing powder has been around for so many years, it is a well known brand. I like both powders detergents and the liquid form. I quite like both of these but it did take me some time to get used to the liquid form because I had used a powder for so many years. This powder has been around for years and is a very reliable one. It ... Read the complete review

**Introduction** When it comes to Washing Powder I don't generally use the same product everytime I replace an empty box. Over the past couple of years I have used Daz as well as Ariel and Surf and often buy the product with the best offer and usually pick up one of the smaller boxes as it's just me that I am washing for and ... I bought Daz for the firs time recently. I jumped in with both feet as a I bought a huge 2.8kg box when it was on offer in Tesco for £3.50. The box is made from cardboard and is red with the Daz logo. At the top of the pack there is a perforated strip which when you peel off allows you to flip open the lid to access the powder ... I seem to buy what ever brand of washing soap powder is on offer in the supermarket because I think they all do more or less the same job so because of this reason I will sometimes buy a supermarkets own brand of powder. When I was in my local Spar shop a few months ago though I noticed that they had an offer on their boxes of ... Read the complete review

I don't usually buy washing powder, usually I pick up Bold Liquid Tabs. However recently I found myself needing to wash a load of clothes, it was the wrong side of pay day and I couldn't afford my usual liquid tabs (sad but true). I was looking for a cheaper washing powder alternative, I am familiar with the Daz brand because I remember ... Read the complete review

We've all seen the adverts on the television with the catchphrase "Daz - The soap you can believe in" and, although I'm sure you wouldn't be to bothered if you never saw the annoying adverts again, I know I wouldn't, Daz as a cleaning agent is something that I hope I don't have to do without. As I am at the moment trying to ... Read the complete review

Getting your clothes to look clean and smell fresh can be hard work but not with Daz. For years I've been using tablets in the wash because it seemed easier but they are more expensive and now having to be on a budget I thought I'd try Daz loose powder and I haven't been disappointed. All my clothes have come out of the wash clean and ... Read the complete review

Bold and Surf are probably the only powders I buy, especially when on offer but the other day in Iceland they had stacks of bright red boxes, boasting their offer price tag of just £3 so I decided to give it a try. For £3 I'd bought the 1.904kg tub of Daz which can do 28 washes. Daz produces various scents but this ... Read the complete review

For a while I've been using some of the supermarket own brand wash powders and have to say the majority are just fine but recently I went to Morrisons only to find there wasn't an own brand version. We've only just got a Morrisons near us and it isn't a huge one so I have no idea if they stock own brand wash powder in their larger ... Read the complete review

Daz with a difference, Daz Mandarin and Lime Splash. You do get some good offers and promotions on laundry products and Wilkinson's had this Daz on special offer, two 680g boxes for £2.80, at that price it was to much to resist. The combination of mandarin and lime sounded fine and I always seem to like those fresh citrus ... Read the complete review

I am staying at my Mums at present and Daz is the soap powder that she has currently purchased. The box is red, white & blue and stands out on the soap powder shelves as quite a recognisable product. I am not terribly loyal to any one brand of washing powder, I do find myself avoiding Surf of late as it has begun to make me itch after many years of use so I can only think they have changed the composition of the detergent recently.
