Disadvantages: A Little More Expensive than Generic Brands

I'm not very good at cleaning I have to admit but I do have to do my fair share these days as we are all out at work most days so the cleaning doesn't fall to just one person anymore (which is a shame). I know I don't do anywhere near as good a job as the Mrs does but then that's why products like Dettol are so brilliant for me!


Although it costs a little bit more to buy the brand name than it does to buy a supermarket own version, I believe it's worth every penny because I always know where I stand with this product. I find that it will take off most dirt and grime, even from the cooker or the breakfast table after six people have chucked food everywhere. A few squirts and a wipe with a damp cloth and I'm all done!


Dettol spray is especially good to have in the house when you have kids. I notice that these days kids don't get half as many illnesses as they used to when ours were little. Our grandson is rarely ill at all and I'm confident that's because of excellent hygiene products like this one.


It's really reassuring to know that no matter how poorly I actually clean things, with this spray I'm doing a reasonable job of stamping out bacteria that might otherwise cause illness to my grandson and the rest of my family.
