My bathroom is tiled mainly white with the odd navy tile dotted here and there with the result, at times, my tiles can start to look grubby. Over the years I have tried many different cleaning products, which claim to make your bathroom sparkle, but to be quite honest most of them clean well but they just don't give me the finish I would like. Recently in Tesco I saw this bright green bottle staring down at me from the shelf above. Dettol Anti-Bacterial Mould and Mildew Remover - Kills Bacteria - No Need to Scrub. Well at a price of only £1.97 and a name I felt I could trust I thought I would give it a try. I had nothing to lose except the mould on my ... Read the complete review

Background: I have had problems for the past two years in my second bedroom with mould on one of the walls. It looks horrible and smells horrible to. I had tried several household cleaners to eradicate it but with poor results, so when I saw this product I thought it was certainly worth a try especially as it had mysteriously spread to my bathroom tiles too and they now looked horrible. Price: The price I think is quite competitive for a 500ml bottle of Anti-Bacterial Dettol Mould and Mildew Remover costs me £1.98 from Tesco. There are cheaper products in the market place but I was keen to resolve my problems quickly and ... Read the complete review

Every now and then a product comes along that actually does what it promises to do - unlike Cillit bang in my opinion! Dettol Mould and Mildew remover is one of these products that really does work. I first bought this a couple of years back when after spending ages scrubbing small mould marks from my bathroom using various products, I came across this on the supermarket shelves, and bought a bottle. I was so impressed, I have continued to buy it ever since. The price varies as it is sometimes on offer, but I have just paid £2.79 in Morrisons for a large 750ml bottle. I have bought 500ml bottles for under £2.00 previously, but not sure if they are ... Read the complete review

I was shopping a week ago on Saturday and spied a very bright green trigger type bottle of household cleaner. On closer inspection I discovered it was "Dettol Anti-bacterial Mould and Mildew Cleaner", I was not particularly looking for a mildew cleaner, at this time but thought I'll give it a go. My bathroom is fully tiled and I do find that mould and mildew are a problem. It just doesn't seem to dry out or ventilate properly. I put the cleaner away in the kitchen cupboard, under the sink, the usual one where you store your cleaning products and basically forgot about it. Yesterday I was doing some washing, towels and facecloths to be exact. I like ... Read the complete review

I paid £1.84 in Asda for Dettol mould and mildew remover in a spray. 500ml in size. I have used dettol mould and mildew remover in my bathroom,on my tiles and grout, and on those tricky little corners in the shower around the sealant, the result is excellent although it does leave a rather strong odour. You need to keep your bathroom well ventilated. *packaging* IT is a regular trigger squirting spray. Which comes in a lime green colour, plastic container, and contains the dettol logo. The spray has a nozzle to turn, to release the spray. *How to use Dettol mould and mildew spray. Don't forget to ventilate ... Read the complete review
