Domestos Grot Buster

Feeling inspired from household product reviews from fellow reviewers, such as Butterflywings/Just.bcoz and lilmissgiggles/lizngaz, I've taken a whole new view of cleaning products as I meander down the supermarket aisles, on my monthly shop. They are like little beacons of calm that fix and destroy the raging germs in your dwelling. What first drew me to this bleach was the packaging. It is quite striking in a black plastic bottle with a neck that bends to one side, the lid has a turquoise pourer with a clear twist on lid. The writing is in different blues with the Domestos logo of two arrows. I have tried many bleaches before as I have trouble with the grouting around my bath,shower and window ledges. Grotbuster bleach cleaner gel is one of the newer products from Domestos. It has been specially formulated to tackle even the toughest 'germ infested' grot. It sounded great so I thought I would give it a whirl. It comes in a black bottle with Grot buster written across the bottle. The great thing about the bottle is the nozzle. It is fully moveable so you can direct the gel to the exact spot that you want. The bottle says that the product can tackle even the toughest grot even mould. I first saw Domestos 'Grot Buster' advertised on TV a few weeks ago. It seemed quite good but I didn't make a huge point of going to buy it. However, I spotted it again in Tesco recently and, advert in mind, I decide to buy a bottle to try to tackle our bathroom with! Now, what made the advert stick in my memory was it's promises of easy peasy 'grot' removal. It said that the 'Grot Buster' would stay in place, instead of running down the tiles, etc like other liquids and would therefore tackle the dirt better. When we first moved into our home the bathroom was, shall we say, unsatisfactory however with so many other rooms needing decoration the bathroom was somewhat neglected, that didn't stop me keeping it gleaming clean though and with small children in the house the toilet was always at the top of the cleaning list.
