I use Domestos Household Wipes, for a lot of jobs around the house, it is a really good idea, previously you would have to fill a bucket with water and detergent and risk the kids spilling it or putting their hands into the bucket. I use the wipes for wiping the swing bin lid, cleaning the high chair tray, mopping up spills, wiping over the worktops and lots of other dirty jobs. The wipes come in a box of 50 and are a reasonable size; they come in a dispenser box just like Baby wipes and dispense one wipe when needed. I've just read that Alex Sibley is the new £1 million face of Domestos. Apparently hes going to do the "Thats the way I like it" jingle while cleaning the shower... sigh... Well, it has finally happened. I have used these natty wipes for about a year. Initially I bought them as a treat but decided that they were a necessary part of my kitchen hygiene. What's wrong with a cloth and disinfectant cleaner I hear you ask! Well, I work very long hours and for those of us that do this product makes hygiene quick and easy. Many times over the years I have had a quick wipe of the work surfaces as I rush off to work. The cloth gets chucked into the sink or left on the side. I was watching Ophrah Winfrey (forgive the spelling) the other day when I was ill in bed and the show was on time management. What ha this got to do with Domestos wipes you may ask. Well one of the helpful hints to save cleaning the toilet all the time was to have a pack of wipes by the toilet so if anyone misses they can clean their own mess up. Well this was a revelation to me and as we have a few misses (which I always end up clearing up) with guests etc, I thought I would invest in a pack and see how it went.
