Double Velvet toilet tissue used to have the name "Kleenex" on the packs. Then it was all that the makers claimed, being strong, smooth and comfortable to use.
Now the name "Kleenex" has disappeared from the pack, and the quality is inferior to the average supermarket "own brand" toilet tissue.
Also the quality varies from one roll to another, as if they were being made in different factories.
Not to put too fine a point on it, it is so weak that your finger goes straight through it!!
It is still, of course as expensive as ever.
