Whilst in the local quality save store I spotted this washing up liquid and being only 39p for a 650ml bottle I decided to give it a try and bought one. I have been using this liquid ever since as it has worked really well and so now I always buy a couple when I'm in there to keep my kitchen cupboard stocked up!

The brand:
The washing up liquid is named 'Easy' - I had never heard or seen it before to be honest until I spotted in Quality save but, there seems to be quite a lot of other products by made the company who make it who are named PLP Ltd which stands for 'Powder and Liquid products'. The brand has been around for some time since1987 and the company is based in County Durham.

The bottle:
The bottle is actually quite simple in design with a clear plastic bottle that has a red lid and a couple of simple labels - one on the back and one on the front. The lid has one of those that you push up and down rather than a flip lid which I prefer although I'm not really sure why as it doesn't make too much of a difference! The bottle I bought was actually a larger size than normal for the price as it was one with a '30% extra free' inside so the price would normally be for 500ml not 650ml.

Price:
The bottle cost me 39p which I think is good value when you consider what the other leading brands out there cost. I did used to buy Tesco value which was cheaper still but found it didn't get soapy enough to clean the pots well enough. Even though this is a little bit more then the Tesco value product it is still an awful lot cheaper than others that claim to be amazing and yet this does just as good as job!

Using it:
As mentioned it is really good and the thing I like about it most is that a little really does go a long way!! The first time I used it I squirted quite a bit in the sink like I used to with the Value product but, it created so many bubbles I couldn't fill the sink up with enough water to get all my pots in as they started flowing over the edge! So next time I just used a small bit and it still gave me enough bubbles and cleans my pots nicely. Also I really like the smell of it too as it's quite strong and as you squirt it in the sink you can really smell it! Quite a normal washing up liquid smell I suppose but strong enough so that you know you're using it if that makes sense! I'm not sure if the stronger smell is because of the Aloe Vera but, I like it!

Overall opinion:
I am really pleased I found this washing up liquid as it's such a good product for the price that you just can't fault it! I have no sensitive skin so it doesn't affect me and so I cannot comment on whether somebody who does have sensitive skin would have an irritation with this product or not but, it does say on the back that if you have damaged or sensitive skin to avoid prolonged contact. Best of all, the product is not tested on animals which makes it even better!

I paid 39p for this bottle in Quality save but, that would normally be for the 500ml size - the 650ml size bottle normally retails at 49p in quality save. If you need any information on the company's other products the website is:
