Earlier today I wrote a review on the Easy brand washing up liquid, it was less than complimentary so I thought it only fair to address the balance and write a nice review about a useful product of theirs.

I often buy the household wipes as I find them great for giving my rooms a quick once over, they are significantly cheaper than any of the leading brands of household wipe and do the job just as well.

I always have a packet of the Multi-Purpose wipes and Bathroom wipes in my cleaning cupboard although they also make a laminate floor wipe and leather cleaning wipes.

In my local shop a pack of the wipes costs 69p and they are even sometimes on BOGOF which makes the convenience of cleaning with a wipe even cheaper than buying a bottle of liquid cleaner and a cloth!

The two varieties I have used have been very impressive, they both have a nice fresh scent which subtly fragrances my room but doesn't leave an overpowering smell of cleaner. The bathroom wipes in particular have the kind of lovely smell I like in my bathroom, this is quite simply the smell of nothing but clean surfaces and this is precisely what these wipes deliver.

I find these wipes work best on surfaces that are only lightly soiled which makes them ideal for me as it's really just a quick wipe over that most areas in my bungalow need. The wipes cope admirably with that and remove dust and grime well as evidenced when I look at the previously white wipe to see a grey smudge that had once been unoticed on my surfaces!

The wipes are fairly strong, to be completely honest they are good for wiping but I have had them rip or quickly wear away if I try scrubbing with them even just for a minute on a shiny surface. That's the only downside to these wipes though and to be honest if my surfaces need scrubbing then I'll use a proper cloth, the clue is in the name really - these are WIPES not SCRUBBERS!

I think these are a fabulous purchase for the money, using wipes is so convenient and these are an absolute bargain for when the house doesn't need a proper clean but just freshening up.
