I don't really stick to one brand of washing up liquid, I usually just buy whichever is cheapest or on special offer, as I really resent spending lots of money on cleaning products! The last few times I have purchased washing up liquid, I have bought Easy. ~About the product~ This washing up liquid is available in several different fragrances including original, lemon, aloe vera, oxygen, antibacterial and orange. It is not tested on animals. ~The bottle~ The bottle is clear plastic and is 'rocket-shaped' similar to the fairy bottles. The label has a picture of a lemon slice (obviously this will vary depending on the ... Read the complete review

Whilst it could never be described as the most exciting product in the world, we all use and we all buy washing up liquid, and therefore it may be useful to fellow consumers to know about different brands and their respective strengths and weaknesses, or that is my theory at least. I was shopping in my local "Farmfoods" frozen food store recently and remembered that I had ran out of a suitable product for washing my dishes at home. I didn't expect this store to stock any sort of product for this purpose as the majority of their goods is of course frozen foodstuffs and I don't tend to find much else that they have for sale is of any great use in my ... I always use Fairy washing up liquid always have and always will so why on earth I bought Easy washing up liquid the other day I don't know! It cost me £1 in Iceland for a pack of 2 650ml bottles of Easy washing up liquid. I chose the Lemon and Lime version although you can choose other scents. The bottle it comes in is a tall, see through, thin plastic bottle with a red nozzle at the top that you pull up to be able to squirt the liquid out. It says Easy in bright red writing on the front, as well as telling us it's lemon and lime underneath a picture of an actual lemon and lime. We are told on the front of the bottle that this is Easy washing up ... Read the complete review

I decided to try Easy Washing Up Liquid after spotting 2 X 625ml bottles for £1.00 in Iceland so I picked this up and decided to give it a try. The bottle is clear plastic and contains coloured washing up liquid (lots of different scents available) and then has a label on it advising that it's 25% extra free and telling me a little about the product, what's in it & how to use it. To use this washing up liquid simply either pour some over your dishes or pour some under hot water and it will give quite a few bubbles and cover all of your dishes. I usually apply a squeeze of washing up liquid to a sponge to help me with tackling those stubborn ... Read the complete review

I keep telling the Other Half that he mustn't waste his pocket money on extravagant presents for me. Well, it seems that last Wednesday he went for his normal wander up the High Street and by sheer accident walked straight past the jewellers shop and entered the realms of the tattiest discount store that has ever been known to man! Now don't get me wrong, I am no stranger to `odd` gifts, many a household item has come my way after he has gone a wandering. But last weeks offering took the proverbial biscuit! From out of the mouth of a very `unrecyclable` looking carrier bag he withdrew a double pack of what appeared to be washing up liquid. Such ... Read the complete review
