When the swine flu thing first started my mum got mega nervous, she didn't want my 2 year old sister to cop it and at the time she was also visiting an old lady in hospital and was scared of passing any germs on to her. We all used the hand sanitiser that the pharmacist sold my mum and we also replaced a lot of our cleaning stuff with ... Read the complete review

There are so many difficult washing up liquids on the market nowadays that it can be difficult to know which one to buy. In terms of quality, you can't go too far wrong with anything made by Fairy, and it's their 'Antibacterial Action' range which this review focuses on. The range consists of three different varieties; 'Pink Grapefruit & ... Read the complete review

This is my current washing up liquid of choice helped mainly by the fact that it was on special offer of two for £2 so I thought I would give it a try instead of my usual own brand supermarket choice. The washing up liquid is a dark blue in colour and is contained in a clear plastic bottle with the fairy logo on it and a lift up nozzle ... Read the complete review

Fairy Pure Clean: When the other half came home from hospital after a heart procedure, I was told that he would be susceptible to infection for a while and that I should give our flat a good cleaning. I probably overreacted and went a huge shopping spree buying every antibacterial product I could find! One of the better products I got ... Read the complete review

I always recommend fairy above other brands to friends and family. People tend to go for the supermarket own brands cause it's cheaper but i've found they never last as long, so end up being more expensive in the long run. Fairy offer value packs which makes it even better value for money. I always use fairy and this Anti-Bacterial version is one ... Read the complete review

I don't think there is any better washing up liquid. Fairy is just miles ahead with there experience and knowledge and they certainly have the market covered. I like this product the most due to the fact its antibacterial. In my line of work (food safety) it is important that you are positive that the cleaning method is effective and ... I must have used almost every washing-up liquid on the market during the last 35 years or so but I still keep going back to Fairy because it seems to last so much longer. We have a dishwasher but it's well past it's sell-by date so it's usually me who does the washing up & I need something that's kind to hands (hate wearing rubber ... Read the complete review

Most people know of fairy liquid - the advertising slogan "Now hands that do dishes are as soft as your face, with mild green Fairy Liquid" will no doubt have had you humming the tune in your mind as you read it! Fairy liquid has been around for a long time and remains one of the major brands of washing up liquids on sale at supermarkets. It's true what they say: Fairy liquid goes a long way. The Original Fairy Liquid was recently upgraded to make it last even longer and we can certainly vouch for this claim. You need such a small amount ... Read the complete review

There was this dude. His name was Nubile Neddy. He was a mucky pup. With 3 vibrating gizatrons (huh??). And a ferret down his pants. One day Neddy was playing in the garden with the pixies. As i'd often used Fairy Original washing-up liquid, I tried the Fairy Antibacterial variety when it was released. Although it's performance was good enough, and my washing up was left clean, I didn't like the smell. Obviously, as it was an antibacterial varity, I didn't expect it to smell the same as the original, or lemon type, ... Read the complete review

I have always used Fairy liquid, I agree with tan the other more cheaper liquids are really thin and runny and you end up squirting loads and loads into the sink to get anything that resembles a bubble. When we had Jack and I took to bottle feeding I decided to get the anti bacterial liquid as I thought it would be better when washing his bottles ... Read the complete review
