Advantages: Smells wonderful and is kind to skin

Disadvantages: Can be pricey

Anyone who has read my reviews will know I have a bit of an (unhealthy) obsession with fabric conditioners and I do like to buy a decent brand.
In the past I have tried to cut corners and save money by buying some cheaper alternatives which have been so watery I have used more and had to re stock; thus spending more money!

I am not exactly loyal to brands and still try to save money by buying whatever tends to be on offer and this weeks choice was one of my personal favourites: Fairy Softener.

I haven't used this for a while and I'd forgotten just how good it smelt, so on my next load of washing I eagerly poured a cap full into my machine..

Price and packaging~
The price greatly varies and tends to be around the £2 mark so unless it's on offer I don't tend to buy it. This was £1.59 in Superdrug recently so I excitedly popped it into my basket.

The packaging is a plastic see through bottle (750ml) which tapers in at the top and has a baby blue coloured lid. The lid also doubles as the measurer and has a mark inside of how much is required.
On the front of the bottle is a plastic wrapper which houses the logo and the relevant information. There is a picture of the famous cartoon 'Fairy' baby and a heart around the word 'Fairy' too..Aahhh.

Using the product~
I didn't use this in conjunction with Fairy washing powder but the effects were just as impressive.
On opening the washing machine door I was greeted by a strong aroma of baby powder! Don't get me wrong it's not a bad thing I just don't remember it smelling quite as concentrated since I last used it, but maybe that's just me.

On hanging the clothes on the line I could smell the wonderful fragrance and on bringing in the clothes once dried it seemed just as strong.

The fragrance seemed to last for a good few days and I am very impressed with how it left my clothes super soft and easy to iron too.

To say this is a concentrated conditioner it is not as thick in consistency as other concentrates - it's quite swishy when you shake the bottle side to side and with the colour being white is reminiscent of milk.

All in all I would recommend this especially if on offer but especially if you have a baby or young toddlers.
*It's designed for sensitive skin.
*Dermatologically tested
*Hypoallergenic
*Endorsed by The British Allergy Foundation and has the seal of approval from The Royal College of Midwives

What more could you ask for?

Summary: buy when on offer!

I have problems with fairy products as they bring me out in a rash! Can never quite believe the kind to delicate skin thing. Nice review though :)
