My excema means that I often have flare ups when I change my washing up liquid so I have stayed with Fairy for many years now because it suits my skin well. I cannot wear rubber gloves because I am allergic to the insides of them so need to say with Fairy to keep my skin in good health. Fairy is available in lots of different varieties and they are all kind to my skin so i swap between them when I want a change. My favourite is the lemon one because it smells nice and I am quite traditional when it comes to choosing washing up liquid. I don't like berry or avocado smelling dishes so stay with the fresh and citrus smell of lemon. Fairy cleans my ... Read the complete review

I was doing a bit of washing up this morning and was conscious of a lovely fragrance in the kitchen. After a minute or two I realised that it was the washing up liquid! The one I was using at the time was Fairy Pink Petals. I tend to buy my washing up liquid according to what is on offer at the time but to be fair you do get what you pay for and fairy is by far the best. The cheaper brands aren't as strong so you need more in your water to start with and also the bubbles don't last as long. Fairy is hardly a new kid on the block - as my old dad would say 'It's been around since Adam was a lad!' I can certainly remember those twee ... Read the complete review

There can be few people who haven’t heard of the fairy liquid brand; after all it has been around for 45 years now! I hate washing up and have a dishwasher to minimise the number of dishes I have to wash by hand. However I still find myself washing up my hand at least once a day and anything that helps make this task a little more pleasant gets my vote! I have tried several different brands of washing up liquid but have always come back to Fairy liquid as I think it is heads and shoulders above the rest. Most other brands of washing up liquid fail to remove grease as well as fairy liquid can. I find that one small squirt of fairy is enough to ... Read the complete review

I thought I'd write a little review on Fairy Liquid as I've just finished washing my hair (more on that later) and as I sat down to write I thought I'd see if Fairy have a website. They do (www.fairy-dish.com/), and it's got quite a few things on there. I won't go into detail as this review's about Fairy liquid not the site, but if you have kids then there's lots of different craft ideas which you can make with a Fairy liquid bottle (look under the 'Family Fun' section). You can also watch fairy liquid adverts on there if you have an urge to see them, I don't. (I'm going to be writing about original Fairy liquid for this review). For those of you who have ... Fairy Liquid is great!! It's probably the most famous of all washing up liquid and the adverts has claimed for many years that it will last and last! (Remember the adverts with the kid who wanted the bottle to play with, and he had to wait and wait for the liquid to run out!) My thoughts. Well, to tell you the truth the adverts don't lie, it does tend to last and last. One 500ml bottle will last my household around 14 days. Which is pretty good with the amount of dirty dishes we manage to knock out. You only need a little blip in your water to create loadsa bubbles. It makes the water somehow softer... and your hands really do feel softer, washing the ... Read the complete review
