One of the best washing up liquids cheaply available (Fairy Liquid)

Fairy washup liquid is a fairly handy and robust cleaning utensil for the kitchen.
I've been buying it for 2 years now and so far have only been disappointed in the standard green liquids which seem to be less effective at cleaning grease off plates and also start to smell very bad (the bottle that is, if you leave it open as I normally do) after a few weeks.
That's really what prompted me to try the Apple and the Lemon varities which I found to be just as effective at cleaning, if not more so, and definitely more pleasing to my nostrils!
In terms of value for money, Fairy liquid is one of the more pricier ones, though admittedly this varies a lot since the majority of branded washing up liquids cost about the same! Still, I found it a lot more useful than your run-of-the-mill Tesco washingup liquids which seem to struggle with the more greasy dishes, making you use more of it.

Lastly, I never got into the habit of wearing gloves and my hands are still fair after extensive use, so definitely safe!

Definitely recommended for household use, and grab some extra when they are on offer at your local stores.
