Advantages: Smells lovely; Cleans and softens well
Disadvantages: None
I brought this washing powder when it was on special offer in Morrisons, the big 962ml bottle was only £4.00 and I reckon that's a bargain because it will do 26 loads of washing.
I love these new gel washing detergents because none of them I have used so far has left any residue on my clothes, also it's a lot easier to squeeze the gel into the dispenser than measuring out powder.
This Fairy Non Bio gel smells lovely, it's a sweet faint smell that is lovely when you sniff it out of the bottle and also makes the clothes smell nice when you've washed them. It leaves a wicked fresh smell on anything you wash with this gel and the smell lingers even after you've put it all away. It doesn't matter if you dry it on the line or in the dryer, it will still smell lovely and fresh for ages in the wardrobe.
It cleans really well too, I'm always a bit weary of any non bio washing powder because some of them don't get rid of as many stains as biological powder but this Fairy is brill.
As well as the normal washing it's coped with my dads muddy motorbike gear, balti stains (maaaaaaaaaaad how it got them out!!!), grease that had splattered out of the frying pan and loads of other dirty stains that me and my family have created on our clothes! One of the most impressive ones apart from the balti stain was when my sister had an upset tummy last week, it was pretty bad and her vest got a bit manky round her nappy. Nuff said! lol The Fairy gel got it out though and that surprised me because she was in a proper mess! pmsl!
This gel also leaves clothes feeling lovely and soft, the bottle says it can't be used on wool but god knows why because I've washed loads of wool jumpers in it and nothing bad has happened to them.
It lasts for ages too, you only have to nearly fill the dispenser with gel but sometimes I don't even use that much so I reckon we'll get more washes out of it than the bottle says.
