I tried so many wash up liquids simply because I thought I could save money by buying cheaper kinds, but because I have very sensitive hands I had to go back to Fairy. I am not sure whether the ingredients that Fairy use are better for the skin, but what makes this wash up liquid really good is that it cleans your dishes faster and thus your skin won't remain in prolonged contact with the wash up liquid.

The 450ml plastic bottle of Fairy Pure Clean Lime and Lemongrass costs £1.37 in Sainsbury's and £1.38 in Asda and Ocado. This is definitely more expensive than Fairy washing up liquid (500ml) which can be bought for 93p, and much more expensive than a shop's own brand of washing up liquid like Asda which costs no more than 70p for the 500ml bottle and you can even buy two for £1.

I still consider the price of Fairy Pure Clean Lime and Lemongrass excellent value for money for several reasons, and I definitely prefer it to the other cheaper kinds. To begin with, this wash up liquid lasted 45 days of light use which is fantastic for me, for this one lasted more than all the rest; even the traditional Fairy. This is despite the fact that I was tempted to use more than what is required simply because the citrus aroma of this liquid is amazing.

The smell is so good that it will make you enjoy using it, this is in addition to the fact that it cleans really well that I never had any problem with all the food stains. In addition to washing the dishes, this product can be used to help prevent the spread of germs in the sponge, and all you have to do to benefit from the antibacterial action is to wash the sponge with it every time you use it.

Like all kinds of detergents, you have to rinse your hands and dry them after you use this product and you should avoid prolonged contact with it if you have damaged skin.
