Advantages: quality finish , cheerfull installers , good after sales service

Disadvantages: the installers were rather late on one occasion

I notice form one of your reviews that one of your members used the same company as us to replace their soffits, fascias and guttering and i am delighted to be able to endorse their review. Last summer we decided to replace our wooden fascia boards with white plastic as we only saw one company I am unable to offer any comment on the competition however it must be said that the service we recieved from summit was extremely good. After a call from their salesman who first of all explained that Summit were members of the guild of master craftsman and showed us a very impressive sample we decided not to get other quotes but to purchase from them and signed an agreement that evening. Following the vist of their surveyor the fitting team arrived approx one week later and during the next three days completely replaced all the fascias, soffits and downpipes on our property. I believe the job to be of excellent quality and at this time I am pleased that we chose this particular company. My only critisium is that on one occasion the installers turned up for work rather late which was rather inconvenient.
On a happier note when we had occasion to report a leaking gutter (some three weeks later) ther service man arrived within four hours, put the job right and we have had no further problems. I believe that after sales service is important and I am happy to report that this company kept their word.
