Advantages: easy to use, lovely smell

Disadvantages: none

I always like to have a bottle of febreze in stock as the fragrance is lovely & this classic one is the best fabric refresher I've ever found.

It's not the cheapest around - I paid £2.50 but it's a good sized bottle - 1 litre - so lasts ages.

I'm not really the sort of person who goes for air-fresheners ( I just use them in emergencies as we have a 'windy' dog & a cat) but do like to have a nice smell around the place.

I find it's the cushions & bean bags & rugs that sometimes need a quick spray & febreze makes the room smell fresh without being too 'perfumey'.

the place I use it most is in our laundry room as it's brilliant at refreshing clothes before or after steaming & when the items are stored away the freshness stays with them.

I also use it in the airing cupboard to freshen-up towels, sheets & pillows - it gives everything that 'just washed' smell.

I find it great to use as well if we are having visitors - although duvets, covers, pillowcases etc are all washed once again febreze brings that freshly laundered feeling back.

when my daughters were young I used a little febreze on their cuddly toys - works a treat.

Last week the spray came out again as I got our our (clean) winter jackets & coats back down into the cloakroom ready for winter.

My husband uses it for the car as it seems to clear up those smells which you just can't put your finger on...

Great for smelly trainers!

Don't get me wrong - I don't spend all my time febrezing everything in sight but it really is a nice product to use!

The attractive blue plastic bottle is clearly marked & has a good strong trigger action so you can use it quite sparingly as it comes out in a mist rather than a spray.

I bought this 1 litre size at Christmas & I've only used about a quarter of it so I think it's excellent value for the job it does.

Febreze is made by procter & gamble who, in my experience, make quality products.

Clear directions are provided on the reverse of the bottle - eg using with delicate fabrics, how far away to spray etc

The ingredients are also listed for those who are interested & there is a website address www.febreze.com for comments/ help.

It's difficult to describe the smell but I'll do my best ~

lightly perfumed but not 'girly'

fresh summer breeze rather than a floral scent

clean-smelling just like freshly-washed clothes which have been hung outside to dry.

summary
~

a very good fabric freshener at a reasonable price.

well worth a try - especially if you see it on offer!

Summary: a great fabric/ textile refresher

I LOVE Febreeze, and they don't sell it in Mexico, so it's one of many things I'm having visitors bring out for me when they come for a stay.
