Awesome Ali, I tried "Finish" and "Glisten" to clean my dishwasher. I had similar results (both cleaned well but it didn't descale my hard water build-up). I tried this brand because it claimed to desolve hard water build-up and I got GREAT results. It's called "Diskwasher Magic". I found their website to see if it is available in the UK.
