I have had one of these in my dishwasher for a few months, and noticed that my silicone and plastics are picking up the smell of it. This has resulted in my food tasting faintly of the dishwasher freshener. Not good. I have now removed the offending item, and would rather have a smelly dishwasher than ruin my silicone and plastic kitchen aids. I've given it 1 star, as it does mask the smell of stale dishwasher, but not at the expense of my dinner!
