Powerball shine every time (Finish Quantum)

I first bought these Finish Quantum Powerball dishwasher tablets about a month ago and am coming to the end of my first packet.

The tablets have a 3 action wash, comprising of a high efficency detergent, enzymes which break down tough stains, and the trademark finish powerball which puts a finishing shine on the dishes.

The tablets are designed to help prevent glass corrosion, which is what makes glass go cloudy with age, although In truth it is impossible to test the effectiveness of this.

Each tablet is wrapped in a clear dissolveable plastic, which prevents powder from getting on your fingers when handling. The tablets fit nicely into the powder trap in my machine, and if they are to big to fit in the trap of another machine they can be left on the floor of the machine for just an effective clean.

The tablets come recommended by numerous dishwasher manufacturers including Zanussi, Electrolux and Bosch.

The price of the tablets is high at £11.50 for a pack of 38 from tescos. This is much higher than my regular brand. Although the tablets have performed well and done their task I have not been able to tell the difference between these and my usual cheaper brand.

Although the tablets work effectively I can't see that they are worth the additional price which is why I give these tablets a dooyoo rating of just 2 stars.
