Constant cleaning

With a white bathroom suite, white tiles on the floor and a mucky four-year-old on the loose, I seem to spend a depressing amount of time cleaning our bathroom! Pretty much every day I find that either the floor or basin needs a good wipe, and then the bath and shower need attention too! So a decent but cheap bathroom cleaner is much needed in our house.

This bathroom cleaner costs about £1 from the supermarket so is good value, and despite using it frequently, a bottle does seem to last me a long time.

The usual look

In terms of design, it is what you would expect really - a plastic bottle with a spray nozzle at the top. The nozzle has a safety device on the end so you can simply turn the end of it to ensure that little ones can't spray this around.

As you spray this, a jet of foamy cleaner is released. It has a fresh and clean fragrance, and doesn't smell too chemically, which is a great bonus. I tend to squirt this onto my tiles, then onto my sink, and then clean the floor while I let the spray on the sink get to work! This wipes off really easily and it always leaves my tiles looking really clean, without any smears of smudges.

That sinking feeling

On the basin this is also effective. My daughter tends to leave behind toothpaste and the odd blob of liquid soap around the sink after she has used it, and these comes off just fine with this spray - I can simply wipe it with a sponge and the dried up stuff is all gone. on my taps this also works a treat and again just a quick swipe does the job.

For grubbier jobs I tend to leave the spray on for a bit longer to get to work, but I find a few minutes is long enough. It has helped me to keep my bath clean, and also got rid of any more stubborn marks in the shower.

Overall I have no complaints at all about this cleaner. It is cheap and it works a treat - so it's five stars from me!
