I tease him about it but my husband is an absolute clean freak and we can never leave sainburys without purchasing at least one cleaning product so it came as no surpirse that he came back with the Flash Power mop a few months back. The Flash power mop consists of three elements, the mop itself, the flash liquid which comes in a bottle and the flash cleaning pads. You can buy an initial starter pack with all those products in for about £19.99. The mop portion then lasts forever, you can then buy the flash liquid and the pads separately. The pads cost approximately £3 for 6 refills and a 1 litre bottle of liquid costs the same. We have ceramic floors in our ... Read the complete review

The flash mop is less a kitchen aid and more of a light sabre. OK, so it isn't THAT exciting. It's still just a mop. But it makes very light work of wooden or tiled floors. And it does make a buzzing noise that could give a very imaginative cleaner the idea that they were wielding a weapon of the future. The basic kit costs around £20 (but available more cheaply if you look out for the right offers). The mop consists of an aluminium handle with a handy hanging loop and a cushioned grip, and a bottom section with a receptable for the cleaning fluid, and a velcro-laden pad holder. To use, you simply click in the cleaning fluid, whack a pad ... Read the complete review

I feel like an old maid writing this review! A review about a mop!? Its hardly glamorous really, is it? But then I mostly have Baby Brain, so my life has taken a drastic change in the past two years. But this mop is great. I love cleaning the floor with it! What on earth has my life become? In Asda a few weeks back they were promoting the Power Mop at £10, so needing a new mop I popped one in my trolley to give it a go. It was in a rather large purple box and I assume they weren't selling very well as there were lots left on the shelf. But I'm always open to trying things that will make my chores quicker When I got home and unpacked the groceries I thought Id ... Read the complete review

I've had my Flash power mop for over a year now, and managed to buy it when it was on a promotional price of £7.99. Today's price in Sainsbury's is £19.98, but I suspect if you shop around it can still be found for under a tenner. Originally I bought this mop as a couple of my friends had one, and it looked like a much easier way of cleaning my floors quicker and easier than with a mop and bucket. In the box you will get a basic mop structure which consists of poles to be slotted together, then top end having a rubber grip attached for non slippage and also a hook for storage off the ground surfaces when not in use. The bottom panel is a mop head, ... Read the complete review

Since moving into our new house back in July I've found it difficult to keep the laminate floor downstairs clean and feel like I'm forever brushing and mopping it. I was complaining to my partner and a few days later he returned from the shop with the Flash Power Mop. Ok so at first I wasn't sure how I'd fid this, I thought he had just bought another silly gadget like he always did. What is it? The power mop is basically a glorified mop. It has pads which you have to attach to the mop to clean the floor and then you can bin them once you have used them. The other thing that makes this mop different is you attach a bottle of ...
