Advantages: Attractive Fragrance
Disadvantages: none
First of all, I'd like to say that the only reason I bought this air freshener is because the scent was Lily & Jasmine; which are the names of two of my horses! I wasn't expecting much from it, as it was only cheap costing £1.99, but I was pleasantly suprised. Glade Air Infusions come in several different fragrances, but this one is by far my favourite, and I'm not just saying that because it's got the same name as my horses! We also have the Clean Linen version, which is nice, but not as good as this one.
I first saw the bottle on the shelf and my eye was immediately drawn to it. It has pictures of Lily's and Jasmine's on, with a green and white background. In my opinion it all looks very 'fresh' and pretty. The bottle is not just cylindrical, but it is slightly curved in the middle, which makes holding and spraying this air freshener much easier than a normal bottle. I have small hands and I find that my hands slide down the bottle of normal ones! It is really easy to use. On the bottle there is a 'Glade' logo at the top, which is a blue background with white letters. Beneath this the words 'Air Infusions' are shown in green letters. This fits in nicely with the pictures of the flowers as the colours match. Underneath this the fragrance is labeled as 'Lily & Jasmine' and you are told that it 'Lasts up to 1 Hour'.
I find the scent really appealing. It smells fresh and sweet, like flowers. On the back of the bottle it says 'Glade Air Infusions Lily & Jasmine diffuses floral notes of elegant white flowers.' which is certainly true, you can really smell the floral fragrance. The smell reminds me of summer because of the flowers! As it lasts so long, the slogan 'Welcoming Scent of Home' is really true, as when you arrive back home you can often still smell the air freshener. As long as you don't go out for long, as it only lasts up to an hour, as it says on the bottle. I have four dogs and I go to a farm twice a day (for my horses!) so a good airfreshener is essential really, in my house. The bottle holds 300ml of air freshener, which is a decent amount for what I need. I tend to use it in the living room and my bedroom mostly.
It has all of the usual warnings on the bottle, for example 'SOLVENT ABUSE CAN KILL INSTANTLY' and 'EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE' and has a few easy to follow directions for using this product. These are:
'Shake can well. To freshen the air, point can towards centre of room and spray. This product is not recommended for use on fabric.'
They are basic instructions but are all that is needed for this item. I find that this air freshener does the job just fine and I would certainly purchase it again.
Summary: A good air freshener that I would definately purchase again.
