Now before I start on this review I will just say that you're not going to need to settle down with a cup of tea to read this! It's a review about a good product but there isn't much to say about it! The product in question is Glade Solid Air Freshener and it is available in three fragrances namely Lily of the Valley, Lavender and Magnolia and Vanilla. The air freshener comes in the form of a solid gel sealed inside a white plastic container and stands about eight inches high. When you buy the air freshener the front is covered by a peel off cover. On this there is the Glade logo in blue together with the name of the fragrance and a ... Read the complete review

I just love anything that makes the indoor air smell sweet and I can often be found hanging over a bargain basket in Wilkinson's sorting through the air freshening products that have been reduced in price. One thing that never fails to fascinate me is the way that we can now buy seasonal air freshening products, I think this is a really novel idea. Neither of us smoke indoors and now for the first time in many years we have no pets but if the house is all shut up for any length of time you can still sense that the air becomes stale and unwelcoming. Glade Solid is an air freshener, which works brilliantly and will leave any room smelling lovely and fresh. You can buy it at many supermarkets including Tesco for around 90p. It comes in a small variety of scents including Lily of the Valley, which is my favourite as it has a calm yet fresh aroma. The air freshener comes in a plastic container with a label over the front showing the Glade logo with the specific scent. It stands on a surface and when the label is peeled back, it's just a plain coloured container with the solid gel inside, which is of the same colour. They can be used to freshen up a room or even a cupboard if it's smelling bad. ... Read the complete review

Fresh air is free and opening the windows and letting in the fresh air is a great way to make your house smell fresh but one that you can't always do as leaving windows open isn't always safe and it has been far too cold recently to leave them open for long. I bought a lovely Wild berry air freshener before Christmas but as this was running out decided to try something different. The choice is overwhelming but I could narrow it down as I didn't want a candle and we don't have a socket in the bathroom so that made the choice somewhat smaller. Choice of fragrances too makes it easier as some fragrances I don't like as I feel lemon smelling air fresheners makes ... Read the complete review
