WHAT IS IT?

A scented candle in a glass jar with a spicy apple fragrance and plastic layer decorated with gold stars.

THE FRAGRANCE

It is a very nice fragrance but not strong.  The fragrance is fruity and the main fragrance is a sweet apple, the spice is cinnamon and it compliments the apple to give the candle a rich apple pie smell.  I have burnt mine in the second lounge and it fills that room but I cannot smell it anywhere else in my home, last Christmas I had four and I put them in different places downstairs. When they were all alight at the same time they gave my home a very strong fragrance but made my husband cough.

WHAT I THINK

I think this candle is beautiful even though it is not as strong as my Yankee Candle candles.  The fragrance is very warm and fruity, the apple is natural and doesn't smell as fake as a lot of apple scents do.  I think there is another spice in the fragrance because it smells a bit different from plain cinnamon, this is a faint smell but is there for a long time after I blow the candle out.

The candle burns down quicker than it says on the cardboard sleeve and the fragrance is only there for about 15 hours, then there is still wax in the jar but the fragrance has gone.  The jar makes the flame glow because it reflects on the glass, the gold stars glow when the candle is lit. The wick was very long when the candle was new but I cut it down and now it is fine.

The fragrance stays in my home for an hour after I blow the candle out and that is quite good I think because of the fragrance not being very strong.  It is a sweet fragrance but does not become overpowering or sickly, I think this is because the apple is so pretty and fresh.
