After reading some very good reviews about this candle and some of the other fragrances, I thought I would buy this one since it was my wife's birthday a couple of days ago and I cooked her a nice meal in the evening and wanted to make it a little more special for the occasion and also appear a little more romantic lol. I like to think I am a romantic but wanted to be extra special this time lol.

The candle sits inside a glass jar and it is very attractive. It is a nice pink colour for a romantic setting if being used for that purpose as it was in my home. The candle wax inside is a nice shade of pink, which and the wick is a good length to light the candle too and not too near the wax as I have found some other brands of candles to be in the past.

The pattern on the glass jar is a nice one too, this candle is supposed to give up to 30 hours use and although I have not tested it for that length of time, the candle does not appear to be used so fast and so I would think it would last the time stated on the cardboard box this candle is in when it is bought.

The fragrance from the candle is a nice one, I think it smells of fresh flowers, it can be smelled when I entered the room the first time I used it. The room I used it in at the time is not a large room but I could smell the fragrance of it and while having our meal it was quite a pleasant smell for us both and the setting was quite romantic with the candle in the middle of the table.

As the candle is in a jar, I found it did not burn or mark the other places that I placed it after the meal, I was at first dubious if it would be safe or not but it certainly was fine and my furniture has been fine, which is a good thing as then it did not need to be placed onto mat or coaster etc as I often do with some other brands.

This was priced at just £1.50 from Tesco and it was on special offer recently for half the usual price, and that is why I thought after reading the reviews I would try it and see for myself if it was a nice one or not. It certainly is a really nice candle for my liking and I will buy it again even at the usual price because I just think it is an excellent value for money and also a very good quality product indeed.

These candles come in a variety of different fragrances to suit every personal taste and mood, also for different occasions such as the one I mentioned earlier in my review. My wife also loved the smell of this one and was very pleased with the product as much as myself.

I think this one also gives off a nice light in a room for the size of the jar and candle, as sometimes we just like to have candles lit around the room but sometimes they are not scented ones but this one gives that little bit extra touch to a room and I will buy it again in the future. I highly recommend it for people to buy, especially while on offer as I think it is a superb candle.
