Advantages: Cleans the toilet without scrubbing eliminates limescale

Disadvantages: can seem expensive

If there is one thing i hate is cleaning my bathroom. Living with 2 men it couldnt be worse they can never keep it in the toilet and will they ever clean it up NO! being a woman you are expected to clean the whole bathroom or the magic fairys do it at half past 5 in the morning so they think.

My toilet is the one that can get the worst of all so i will fill my sink with water and some of the harpic power to wipe the seat back and rim then I will squirt the liquid under the rim which will run down the toilet where limescale seems to collect and nothing can be worse than yellow stains in the bottom of the pan from those beloved men. I usually leave this for a few hours so putting it down before we all go out or have all gone to bed is the best time because no one will flush it away when I come to flush the toilet after those few hours the stains have dissapered no need to scrub the pan with a toilet brush and you are left with bright white pan just like new.

I have also found that having a shower the grouting inbetween tiles will get discoloured I have tried everything for this problem someone told me to use whitening toothpaste bleach or barcabonate of soda none of them worked. So one day I found an old toothbrush and just poured small ammounts on the brush and lightly scrubbed all the grout left it for a while i came back after 2 hours to wash the tiles down they came up lovely and clean no limescale anywhere. I have only had to do this once in 4 months so it is not a constant chore.

I have also noticed that if limescale is building up around my taps a bit of the solution on a bathroom scrubber will take it off immediately. This is a wonder solution in my house it makes my life so much easier I dont find that I am cleaning all day every day anymore my bathroom is done in half an hour at the most now and the fact that it basically cleans the toilet itself I have elimainated one of my daily chores.

It does seem expensive at £1.50 a bottle but it is a great time saver I think it is worth the money by far.
