Advantages: Does the job its meant too, smells pleasant, works fast
Disadvantages: highly imflammable
Advertising on television does pay off. For weeks now I have seen that advertisement for Harpic Powerfoam. Usually when I am just about to eat. I didnt realise just how much attention I had paid to it until I went shopping. So when I was in doing the weekly shop and decided I must buy something for the toilet and saw Harpic Powerfoam offered at 50p less than normal (£1.99) I remembered the advertisement and thought I might as well give it a go. Yes this from someone who usually thinks that when things are advertised on the television it is because its either not very good, the sales are going down or both. So I bought it. Armed with Harpic and a little bit worried as we dont have a window in our bathroom to open but an air venti thing I got ready to use it. After reading the instructions about not pointing it upright but using it pointing down and near the bowl and about how highly flamible it is - remembered to tell the family no smoking up there mind - I gave it a full blast. It smells quite pleasant. Straightaway it foamed up. Now I am not saying anything about my toilet but I could see that it worked and worked very well. It is much easier to use than the old brush nonsense isnt it and comes up better. I shall definately be keeping to this one.
