Advantages: Gives a good clean finish without the scratches

When I got my new electric Halogen cooker last year, I was worried about using abrasive cleaners which could scratch the pristine surface.

In the pack which came with the cooker was a very small sample of Hob-brite. I was very impressed with the results. It is a very creamy cleaner but you need to use a bit of elbow grease as well in order to get off those really stubborn stains - it's best to use it as soon as any muck accumulates, and not to wait until the top is really filthy.

Basically, it removes the build up of grease and carbon - that black stuff which just appears on your cooker and which is a pain in the neck to remove with anything else.

Once all the carbon has been removed, a good buff with a piece of kitchen roll should have the top sparkling like new again. I've also used it on the glass area of the grill and oven doors and it has done wonders on those as well!

So throw away those nasty scratchy pads and get a product which is purpose-built for this type of job.
