Advantages: Big dinner size

Disadvantages: to big for dinner on your lap

I like a big plate for my dinner and these are just the job or as Bez would say "jobs a good`un" I was lucky in getting a setting of these recently for £3.50 a plate they do cost a lot more than this because of the name. I am not really one for names but with this they are cool in my books.
They are a basic big big white flat plate with about a 1in
round lip, plenty of room for your pie and mash.

Someone told my wife recently that if you put 3 plates in a room 1 with salad 1 with a bun and one with a meat pie a northern bloke will get the pie and bun (barm cake) and put the two together and ignore the salad and have a good dinner. Well as a northern bloke if you add salad cream you have a very good nouvell dish.

Now as for the plates they are very good but are bit too big for your fish and chips in front of the tv on your lap type setting. They are best used at the table hmmmm.
I can recomend a set of these.
