I saw the advert for the Whizz Mop and, as with all of JML products, felt that my life could not go on unless I bought it. £29.99 seemed like a lot to spend on a mop but the features in the advert made me ignore the price.
You can purchase the Whizz Mop online from JML Direct or you can purchase it in shops that stock JML products such as Asda or Homebase. There is a delivery charge when purchasing it online however I searched for JML voucher codes and eventually found a free delivery code. I also receive a free gift when purchasing from JML Direct, a Microfibre Super Mitt (worth £2.99).
The Whizz Mop comes with two detachable heads, which are machine washable. You can also purchase additional heads for £5.99 each. The bucket has a spinning system to wring the mop head out. This operated by a foot pedal.
I was really attracted to this as my mop head was disgustingly dirty and I was just going to buy a new one but I thought it was ridiculous to have to keep buying new mops and cleaning the mop head was just too time consuming. The detachable mop head is perfect. I mop the floor a few times and then I throw the mop head the washing machine and its clean with very little effort from me.
I have new wooden floors and two very small babies. The babies are always putting their hands on the floor and then in their mouth so it is vital that my floors are mopped daily. The spinning system allows me to wring out the majority of the water from the mop head so that no streaks are left on the floor and the floor dries very quickly. In the past I have found myself fighting with mops that have got stuck in the bucket because I have tried to wring out the water. It now takes me little effort to wring out a lot more water.
The whole system saves me a lot of time.
