Garlic; I adore it in almost everything I prepare from salads to roast chicken and even on fish dishes, Garlic is a staple ingredient I add despite its rather amorous scent and flavour in some corners and a loathing aspect from others. Lakeland is a fantastic website (also have stores) which has so many gadgets that I just can't resist splashing out on as a little treat when I have some money to spare. I like to use garlic in lots of meals but find that no matter what I do it takes many hours to get rid of the garlic scent from my fingers and I have to keep a small grater especially for my garlic as I hate the smell being transferred to other things when I am not using garlic in a recipe.
