I am a huge fan of Lakeland and seem to be slowly but surely working my way through buying everything they sell and reviewing it!

I spotted this Magi Pull on the Lakeland website for just £2.49 and I actually got it free when I purchased a Lakeland MagiCan Auto for £9.99. I wanted to get the MagiCan anyway so this was a great freebie for me.

The Magi Pull is a shaped piece of plastic that is designed to slot underneath a ringpull, then apply pressure to the end (almost like a handle) and then it will lift up the ring pull and open the can with little effort at all. The Magi Pull works very well and is ideal to protect my nail polish or my acrylics (on the rare occasion I can afford them now!).

The Magi Pull is perfect for older people and those with arthritis as it takes away the awkwardness of trying to get you nail underneath and then using all of your strength just to open a can of sardines or soup or whatever.

It's hard to believe just how time and labour saving this little device is and I'm still chuffed that I got it for free. I probably use this at least once a day when cooking or preparing my lunch and it really is a helpful little piece of plastic.

The Magi Pull that I have is blue (like the picture) but you can probably get other colours as this seems to be the case with lots of Lakeland products. I generally find if I order something as a gift for a friend or relative that it turns up in a different colour to the one I have (such as the orange peelers!).

I am going to rate this product 5/5 as you can't put a price on ease of living. It really is unbelievable how restrictive not being able to open a ringpull can be. This is a little life saver for me and I'm sure it will be to other people. I will be purchasing one for Tom's Nan later this year as one of her stocking fillers at Christmas.
