Advantages: Easy to use, clear plastic, handle and lid, stain proof, good price.

Disadvantages: None it is brilliant.

I found this little saucepan in Lakeland whilst I was looking for a microwave egg poacher. All the microwave items were three for the price of two so I thought I would give it a try.
I have had microwave saucepans in the past, but they have always been white and so within a few weeks of heating up tomato soup and beans they have turned a lovely shade of orange.
I often bring a tin of soup into work for my lunch but always make a mess of the microwave and spend half of my lunch break cleaning up splattered minestrone !!!
This has saucepan has saved my well earned lunch break, It is so good I even went back and bought three of them, one to keep at work and one each for my sisters.

What is it? = Basically it is a see through plastic saucepan with a lid, that can be used in the microwave to heat up a variety of different things including soups, sauces, porridge, scrambled eggs and beans.

Why is it worth getting ? = There are several benefits to this little pan
1 - It is stain proof so it will not turn the colour of the food you are cooking.
2- It is see through this is good to see if its bubbling, setting, exploding etc
3 - Comes with its own lid that fits perfectly, no more balancing plates on top of bowls that are too small, no more egg covered microwaves, just good clean fun.
4 - It has a long handle that doesn't get hot, this is one of the major benefits for me as on too many occasions I have taken a bowl of soup out of the microwave only to drop it everywhere because it was too hot to handle and oven gloves are far too cumbersome to hold a little bowl.

How much does it cost ?
The saucepan costs £3.91 from Lakeland stores or via their website. When I bought it they were on a 3 for 2 deal however looking at the website it seems the offer has changed to "buy any item from the Stain-Proof Microwave products and get a Microwave Mini Pot FREE! ".

I would really reccomend this to everyone who uses a microwave, it is clean, quick and easy. Simple and brilliant.

Summary: Fantasic little saucepan that should have a place in every microwave owners home.
