Mway Mway Laminate flooring can be attractive and inexpensive. However, if you use quadrant edging strip, self-adhesive or not, you may as well turn your home into a slum. It looks absolutely awful, effectively saying 'I couldn't be bothered to take off the skirting boards and do the job properly'.

Removing and replacing the skirting boards in an average room probably takes about an hour. There is also the bonus that you can refix them with screws, so that they can be taken off for repainting in future.

Laziness doesn't pay, and never produces the best result.
